Product Disclaimer
All Bahawear® costumes and accessories are handmade with care. Due to the nature of our services and custom products:

All sales are final.

No refunds. No exchanges.
Please be sure to review product details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
Fraud Prevention & Legal Notice
To protect our business and customers from scams and fraudulent chargebacks, the following policies are strictly enforced:

All customers are required to create a Customer Account on Bahawear.com.

Customers must upload a valid, government-issued ID that includes a matching shipping address for verification before order fulfillment.

All packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL and will require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt.
Legal Action for Fraudulent Activity:
Bahawear® has a zero-tolerance policy for theft of goods and services.
Any customer who submits a false or fraudulent chargeback claim will be subject to legal action. This includes prosecution for theft and/or fraud in accordance with applicable laws.

Shipping Policy

International Customers: You are responsible for paying any duty and tax fees upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Refused Shipments will be treated as forfeited and are not eligible for refunds.

Bahawear® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The customer assumes full responsibility for any claims and must contact the shipping carrier directly.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding pre-order items.
Final Sale Policy
All Bahawear® items are final sale due to the custom and handmade nature of each product. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
