  • Refused Shipments will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for refund.

  • Bahawear™ is not responsible for any Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments. The Customer assumes all responsibilities of Claims made with the Shipping Carrier.

  • Please contact Shipping Carrier Customer Service Directly with any questions regarding carrier claims.

  • Processing time on orders is 3-5 Business days excluding Pre-Order Items

  • Due to the nature of Bahwear™ business all items are final sale, no refunds and no exchanges.
